The Elisabeth Smith Agency was the first child model agency to open in the UK.
The agency was founded in 1960 by Elisabeth, specialising in babies, children,
teenagers and families. The Agency works with internationally known top
photographers, casting directors and producers in all fields of still photography
and television.
Elisabeth was born in the Himalayas of a Scottish family. She was educated in
this country at boarding school in Sidmouth and Ascot and is an ex-model.
Her four daughters also enjoyed success as models, one of which is currently
working with the agency today.
Elisabeth has written a book entitled, "Your Child as a Model", her expertise
and experience since 1960 of running the agency is offered in this comprehensive
book which is illustrated by working photographs.
A model directory is published annually in October, showing babies, children,
teenagers and families.
Prior to being included in the annual directory, all models will appear on our
website and their pictures regularly updated.
